The system can be used to build a sliding door front consisting of one or more door leaves, travelling in one or more tracks. Door leaves can be arranged either in an alternating mode or in a staggered mode. Door leaves forming the front can travel in one, two, three or more tracks. With a greater number of tracks, all leaves can be slid to one side, providing a maximum width of access to the wardrobe or walk-in closet interior.

Indeco Steel System

The Indeco steel sliding door system consists of panels framed in steel profiles joned together permanently by means of bottom units (connector/roller assemblies) and top units (connector/guide assemblies).
Door leaf rollers travel in the bottom tracks while guides in the top tracks keep the door in stable position. High quality ball-bearing rollers ensure long-life, silent and failure-free operation. Owing to a highly rigid profile design any type of panelling can be used as well as combination panelling. The rigid profiles allow horizontal and vertical as well as combination panelling. The rigid profiles allow horizontal and vertical as well as slant joints to be provided.
A highdegree of operational safety has been achieved by deploying advanced solutions:

• Anti-jump feature (a bottom track holding system in bottom rollers)
• A double component connection system with tongues/catches and screws
• Transmission of all loads to the floor, which allows the doors to be easily fixed also to suspended ceilings

Indeco Steel Profiles Type

Indeco steel profiles are made from 0.5 mm quality higher-strength structural steel, subjected to additional multiple surface treatments. As a result of a full treatment cycle, an advanced multi-layer product is obtained, with excellent physical properties.

Corrosion protection

• Active - two sided zinc coating that provides sacrificial cathode protection of cuts and scratches.
• Passive - an additional two sided coat of polyester paint.
• Resistance to UV radiation.

Indeco steel sliding door system stands out due to its high flexibility of application.
The narrow Montreal profile framing the door gives it a light look, the emphasis being put on the panelling material.
The doors featuring wide Halifax profiles, with deep mouldings have a strong line.

Steel profiles are coated with gloss paint. Simulated wood finish is obtained by applying with heath a high-impact decorative film with the use of thermosetting polymer adhesive. Indeco offers safe paints and films - the pigments used are fast and completely safe for people. The surface layer contains polymer grains, which increase friction resistance, preventing surface damage during use.

Indeco aluminium sliding door systems with the Calgary, Edmonton, Hudson, Logan, Niagara, Victoria, Windsor and Yukon profiles, stand out with their sleek and smart design. The top tracks feature what is called “shade line”, which masks ceiling irregularities. Door leaf panels can be made from different materials joined by connector rails designed to match the frame members.

The profiles have a coloured anodized surface. The anodizing process hardens the profile surface, which makes INDECO aluminium profiles highly resistant to mechanical damage. Four surface finish techniques are offered:

1. Anodizing
Formation of an oxide protective layer by galvanizing. A double satin finish provides an attractive appearance.

2. Brushed anodizing
Surface brushing followed by anodizing, which produces a special decorative effect by adding a "third dimmension" to the surface.

3. Laminating
A simulated wood finish is obtained by applying with heat a high-impact decorative film with the use of thermosetting polymer adhesive

4. Painting
A special technique of stoving paint powder coating produces the highest quality simulated wood finish.
